Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns on unused or gently used products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, sponges and tools must be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your Beautyblender products in their original mailer or a similar protective box, ensuring the printed return label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
